We are seeking a skilled Operations Specialist to lead our Release Management and DevOps initiatives. This is a highly sought-after role that requires experience in Change Request creation, cross-team coordination, and automation-driven delivery pipelines.

Key Responsibilities:Release Planning
  • Develop and implement software release plans across multiple environments to ensure timely and quality delivery.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to create and maintain release calendars for alignment.
Change Request (CR) Management
  • Create, track, and manage CRs through their lifecycle while ensuring compliance with governance and audit requirements.
  • Collaborate with business and technical teams to assess impact and risk associated with CRs.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Act as a liaison between development, QA, infrastructure, and business teams to facilitate communication and collaboration.
  • Resolve conflicts and dependencies across teams to ensure smooth delivery of projects.
DevOps & Automation
  • Implement and maintain Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab, Azure DevOps, etc.
  • Monitor and optimize deployment processes for scalability and reliability.
  • Drive adoption of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) within the organization.
Communication & Stakeholder Management
  • Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills to convey technical and non-technical information to various stakeholders.
  • Foster a collaborative environment across geographically distributed teams to ensure effective communication and teamwork.
Documentation & Reporting
  • Maintain detailed release notes, CR logs, and deployment documentation to ensure transparency and accountability.
  • Provide regular status updates and metrics to leadership to inform decision-making.
