Graphic Design and Creative Expert Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Graphic Designer and Adobe Suite expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating with the design team in delivering high-quality, innovative artwork and creative assets for a wide range of presentations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Preparing high-quality presentations, graphical brochures, and reports within tight deadlines.
  • Creating visually appealing maps and diagrams based on GIS outputs.
  • Designing high-quality Photoshop image renderings.
  • Fostering seamless communication with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Working flexible late hours to meet project demands.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Senior Graphic Designer with a portfolio showcasing ability to produce high-quality design work.
  • Experience in producing design work and managing larger creative projects with excellence.
  • A problem solver who can identify opportunities for improvement and streamline design processes.
  • Collaborative and communicative, able to work alongside cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Organized and methodical, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality.
  • Proficient in industry-standard design tools and experienced in using them to create diverse design solutions.
  • Experience in working with design teams ensuring high standards and creative direction are met.
  • A strong understanding of graphic design trends and best practices in digital and print media.
  • Excellent design and visual communication skills;
  • Accuracy and attention to detail is mandatory.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Prior work experience in urban planning/property sector.
  • Ability to work with AI software.
  • Experience in creating video presentations and web-pages.
