We seek a dedicated Student Counsellor to join our team in Noida, as Counselor/Senior Counsellor (Telugu Speaking). You will engage with potential students to share information about courses, admissions, and financial assistance, fostering strong connections and meeting enrollment objectives.
Main Tasks
- Interact with prospective students via calls, emails, and WhatsApp to understand their educational aspirations.
- Offer in-depth information about our programs, university partnerships, and career outcomes.
- Pursue leads and turn inquiries into admissions.
- Exceed weekly/monthly/quarterly enrollment targets.
- Sustain a high conversion rate from inquiry to admission.
- Help students with application submission, fee payment, and documentation.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential learners.
- Guide students through financial aid, scholarships, and instalment plans.
- Stay current on trending courses, competitor programs, and industry requirements.
