Engineering Opportunity

Industrial manufacturing facilities require the expertise of a CSA Engineer to deliver civil, structural, and architectural design and execution activities.

This role is part of the Engineering & Projects team and involves coordinating with design consultants, construction partners, and internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with industry standards and company regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate civil & structural design review, coordination, and execution for industrial buildings and site infrastructure.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project delivery, including construction quality checks, method statements, and material approvals.
  • Review architectural layouts, steel structures, RCC designs, and foundation drawings to ensure accuracy and adherence to specifications.
  • Support layout planning, BOQ preparation, and technical evaluation of vendors to meet project requirements.
  • Ensure safety, quality, and schedule adherence across CSA deliverables by conducting regular site inspections and monitoring progress.
  • Interface closely with electrical, mechanical, and utility engineering teams to resolve multidisciplinary issues on site.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering (M.Tech in Structures preferred but not mandatory).
  • 5–12 years of experience in CSA design and execution within industrial / manufacturing / semiconductor / high-tech facilities.
  • Strong knowledge of structural analysis, steel & RCC design, architectural planning, and industrial building codes.
  • Hands-on experience coordinating with EPC contractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders to achieve project goals.
  • Ability to work in fast-paced, on-site project environments with minimal supervision.
  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience working on greenfield factory or cleanroom projects.
  • Understanding of BIM/Revit/Navisworks and digital engineering tools to enhance project efficiency.
  • Familiarity with company project governance processes to ensure seamless integration.
