Job Title: SAP Enterprise Cloud Services Project Lead

We are seeking a highly experienced Project Manager to oversee the onboarding and migration of customers into SAP GCE.

The successful candidate will act as a trusted advisor with a strong customer focus, supporting ECS customer migration into the Private Cloud from a project and program perspective.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Project Initiation: managing the sales to delivery (S2D) handover quality gate to initiate new tasks
  • Project Planning: coordinating with consulting and customer teams to manage deliverables and projects
  • Execution: communication and coordination with all teams through build and migration lifecycles
  • Closing: documenting and clearing open issues; project completion

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, experience in migration/upgrade, orchestration/project management background, and customer-facing experience. They will also be responsible for ensuring that customer and internal service requests are created in time, aligning additional communication if further ECS teams are involved.

The successful Project Lead will be end-to-end responsible for the project management of a Release Upgrade Project, planning the technical upgrade project on a detailed basis, and ensuring project- and phase-signoffs from the customer side.
