Supply Chain Planning Specialist

This role involves providing insights to clients by understanding their business needs and challenges. You will use your analytical skills to analyze quantitative and observational data, and present recommendations to clients.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience with Kinaxis Rapid Response or equivalent supply chain planning software.
  • Bachelors degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of Supply Chain Planning, Demand/Supply Planning, and Inventory Optimization.
  • Experience with BRD creation, test planning, and UAT leadership.
  • Proficiency in Power BI (DAX, Power Query, dashboard creation) and Advanced Excel.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder management.

Technical Skills:

  • Master Planning, Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Optimization, and Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP).
  • Advanced scripting experience using Kinaxis-specific languages (e.g., RapidTables) for data manipulation and custom workflows.
  • Integrating Kinaxis with enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, WMS) using APIs, ETL tools, or middleware.
  • Building and maintaining data models in Kinaxis to ensure high-quality and consistent data flows.
  • Creating, customizing, and managing analytical reports and dashboards within Kinaxis, and optionally connecting with BI platforms.
  • Consulting experience, including assessments and implementations
  • Documenting requirements and processes (e.g., Process flows)
  • Working collaboratively in a team environment
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Kinaxis Rapid Response Author certification or Contributor certification is desirable
