Team Lead for Quality Assurance and Process Improvement

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as an Assistant Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our team, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the process and take corrective steps where necessary or make incremental improvements
- Provide coaching and feedback to team members to enable them to improve their performance
- Assist new hires such that they are productive on the floor in the shortest possible time frame
- Handle escalations, Provide inputs on process and system/business application to the team members
- Client Interaction, where required at the level of Supervisors
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures, external regulations and information security standards
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Must have experience in Property and Casualty back-office processes, preferably with Underwriting
- Must have fundamental knowledge of US insurance
- Must be able to train a team, create SOPs and process maps
