State Programs Coordinator

The Senior Program Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring the success of state programs, acting as a central point of contact for interventions across Haryana.
- Project Management: The ideal candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for critical project decisions, manage stakeholders, monitor project timelines and progress, and develop strategic project plans.
- Cross-functional Support: The selected individual will lead collaboration across teams to ensure sufficient backend support and internal alignment within Haryana initiatives, analyze data to identify trends, document program activities, and review expenditures.
Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:
- Qualifications: A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required; a Master's degree is preferred. 8-10 years of experience in program management are necessary, preferably with exposure to managing projects involving senior government functionaries.
- Skills: Proficiency in data monitoring and analysis, excellent project management skills, strong communication skills in English and Hindi, and ability to effectively engage with stakeholders.
- Abilities: Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders, capacity to work under pressure, adaptability to changing project requirements, and familiarity with project management methodologies and best practices.
