Homologation Expert

We are seeking a Senior Regulatory Compliance Specialist to lead the homologation process for retrofit emission control devices and automotive-related products.

The candidate will be responsible for driving all homologation-related activities, leading the homologation team, and ensuring the successful completion of type-approval and COP projects that meet regulatory compliance requirements.

• Develop Enhanced Homologation Strategies
• Establish and maintain relationships with test agencies and regulatory agencies to ensure smooth project execution.
• Provide leadership and guidance to the homologation team, ensuring effective execution of homologation strategies and meeting timelines.
• Monitor and report on the homologation process, including risks and issues, to senior management.
• Foster a culture of process-driven ideas across the engineering team, encouraging cross-functional teamwork and open communication.
• Manage external homologation partners and provide guidance on homologation requirements.

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field. An advanced degree is preferred.
• At least 3 years of experience in homologation, certification, or regulatory compliance, with a minimum of 1 year in a leadership role.
• Experience working with regulatory agencies, certification bodies, and homologation partners.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
