Civil Designer Job Post

We are seeking an experienced Civil Designer to handle the preparation of detailed drawings, layouts, and other related tasks for RCC and steel structures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Preparing General Arrangement drawings from provided Assignment Drawings, including RCC/Steel structures.
  • Preparing Detail drawings from GA Drawings, preferably RCC Detail Drawings.
  • Creating Bar-bending Schedules and Bills of Quantity (BOQ).
  • Estimating items from available drawings.
  • Designing Area Layout drawings with inclusion of facilities like Roads, Drains, Pits, Traps etc.
  • Reviewing and verifying GA & Detail drawings of Structures and Foundations.
  • Reviewing and verifying Survey Drawings and utilizing them for preparation of Layout Drawings.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Diploma in Civil Engineering.
  • 10-15 years of experience in preparing Layout, General Arrangement and Detail drawings of RCC and Steel Structures, preferably RCC structures.
  • Understanding of Superstructure and Foundation Design, particularly RCC/Steel Structures.
  • Conceptual understanding of Surveying and ability to study, review and comment on Survey Drawings.
  • Able to work independently.
  • Proficient in working with CAD, Word, Excel.
