Data Pipeline Specialist
We are seeking a skilled Data Pipeline Specialist to oversee the development, implementation, and maintenance of large-scale data pipeline platforms. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience deploying and managing products like Cribl, Logstash, or Apache NiFi.
Key responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams to onboard and integrate new data sources, designing and implementing data mapping, transformation, and routing processes, and developing automation tools that integrate with in-house developed configuration management frameworks and APIs.
The successful candidate will also be responsible for monitoring the health and performance of the data pipeline infrastructure, working as a top-level escalation point to perform complex troubleshoots, and creating and maintaining detailed documentation for pipeline architecture, processes, and integrations.
Requirements:
- Hands-on experience with large-scale dataflow products and cloud platforms.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Familiarity with cybersecurity concepts and event types.
Desired Skills:
- Experience with distributed event streaming platforms.
- Infrastructure automation and integration expertise.
- Parsing and Normalizing data in Elasticsearch using Elastic Common Schema (ECS).
