Job Overview:

You will be responsible for handling battery swapping process and operations at the assigned location.

Your primary role will involve monitoring and maintaining technical systems to ensure seamless performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • System Monitoring and Alerting: Identify potential issues and troubleshoot problems in real-time.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Extract insights from data to inform business decisions and drive growth.
  • Battery Repair and Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks to extend the lifespan of batteries and equipment.
  • Technical Infrastructure Management: Oversee the setup, configuration, and troubleshooting of technical systems to ensure optimal performance.
  • Troubleshooting Technical Issues: Identify root causes of problems and implement effective solutions to minimize downtime.

Requirements:

  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift heavy batteries and equipment as required.
  • Communication Skills: Proficient in basic English with excellent written and verbal skills.
  • Accommodation: Willingness to stay at company-provided accommodation (if applicable).
  • Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of current, voltage, and 3-phase wiring.
  • Personal Requirements: Bike ownership is mandatory.
