Technical Implementation Director

The Technical Implementation Director is a key member of the Customer Integrations and Implementation team and has responsibility for assisting clients through the technical implementation of one or more of ZoomInfo's customer-facing solutions.

This is a high-visibility role within an exciting area of the business with a chance to gain domain expertise in all aspects of sales and marketing intelligence technologies and applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide hands-on guidance and support to clients during the implementation of ZoomInfo's products within their internal systems.
  • Maintain a clear understanding of application integrations within CRM/MAT environments, particularly for Salesforce, Marketo, HubSpot, Eloqua, Microsoft Dynamics, and the ZoomInfo platform.
  • Engage in clear dialogue with clients to customize the ZoomInfo integration implementation, ensuring the solution aligns with client business needs.
  • Assist in troubleshooting and resolving more complex integration issues.
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure successful implementation and client satisfaction.
  • Document and review integration processes and client requirements.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in Technical CRM, Marketing Automation implementation, or Sales Acceleration platform.
  • Certification and/or familiarity with Salesforce, Marketo, HubSpot, Eloqua, and/or Microsoft Dynamics is a strong plus.
  • Advanced understanding of ZoomInfo RevOS Platforms.
  • Working knowledge of at least 3-5 platforms/products that integrate with ZoomInfo, with advanced knowledge of at least 1-3 of these platforms/products.

Work Environment and Expectations:

  • Normally receives general instructions on routine work, detailed instructions on new projects or assignments.
  • Requires some coaching and leverages internal networks to resolve most issues. Has an understanding of what issues need to be escalated but may require assistance in doing so.

Job Complexity:

  • Works on problems of moderate scope where analysis of situations or data requires a review of a variety of factors.
  • Exercises judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action.
  • Builds productive internal and external working relationships and completes technical implementation of ZoomInfo products.

Shift and Work Hours:

The work hours for this role are 5 PM - 2 AM/8:30PM - 5:30 AM.
