We are seeking a dedicated Ecommerce Professional to drive growth and success in our international Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) brand presence.

As an integral member of our team, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations of international D2C e-commerce platforms. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing product listings with high-quality content and SEO-friendly descriptions
  • Planning and executing online campaigns, seasonal offers, and promotions to increase conversion rates
  • Coordinating with marketing teams for digital ads, influencer collaborations, and brand storytelling
  • Ensuring timely deliveries by handling order processing, shipment coordination, and tracking
  • Responding to customer queries via email, chat, and calls in a professional manner
  • Monitoring sales performance, preparing weekly reports, and suggesting strategies for growth

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, E-commerce, or related field
  • 1–2 years of experience in international e-commerce, preferably with D2C brands
  • Knowledge of platforms like Shopify, Amazon, WooCommerce, and social commerce channels
  • Strong communication skills in English (written & verbal)
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel and reporting tools
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
