About the Role

We seek a highly skilled accounting professional to join our team. As a Senior Consultant, you will provide business accounting services for our clients, including processing of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and maintenance of general ledgers.

You will work alongside an integrated team of US and India based accounting professionals, reporting to the Accounting Managers and collaborating on various accounting engagements. Your mission will be to empower our clients with innovative tools and solutions to address their accounting, tax, and business management needs.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop your technical competency with GAAP and various accounting software systems used to provide Accounting Outsourcing Services. You will also respond to client and firm associate requests in a timely, accurate, positive, and professional manner.

  • Enter and process client accounting transactions in the appropriate accounting software.
  • Monitor the portal for assigned clients to ensure all transactions are processed in a timely manner.
  • Perform compilation procedures in accordance with firm and professional standards as directed by engagement leaders.
  • Develop technical competency with GAAP and various accounting software systems used to provide the Accounting Outsourcing Services.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

  • A commerce graduate or postgraduate degree.
  • 2-6 years of experience in U.S. accounting.
  • Familiarity with technology skills and accounting software systems such as QuickBooks and Fathom Reports.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
