About the Role:

We're seeking a highly skilled GenAI Motion Designer to join our global team. As a key member of our creative and experience production team, you'll be responsible for adapting and localising video content across a variety of clients for multiple media channels. You'll provide post-production expertise and technical proficiency in our growing creative team.

You'll require deep experience with GenAI tools and their applications in the advertising industry and for marketing clients. You'll also need to be able to inspire a team with creative solutions day-to-day, delivering impact for our clients and fame for your work.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Technical proficiency with video editing/motion graphics systems
  • Expertise in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Media Encoder, Photoshop, Illustrator
  • Excellent understanding of video compression and optimization for web
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Perform quality assurance on all video footage and outputs
  • Ability to work well under pressure with a flexible, creative attitude
  • Can work to tight deadlines and extremely well organised
  • A passion for outputting high-quality work
  • Ability to work at speed and at scale and to identify where efficiencies can be made
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Good communication and a passion for collaboration
  • Understanding the demands that come with working with global brands
  • Reflect the agency's values and culture at all times
  • Share your experience/knowledge to develop the skills of the wider team
  • Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
