We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented support specialist to provide comprehensive administrative assistance to senior executives.
Key responsibilities include:
- Coordinating calendars, scheduling meetings, and arranging travel itineraries for senior executives.
- Preparing documents, presentations, and reports for internal and external meetings.
- Communicating with internal teams, clients, and external partners to ensure seamless collaboration.
- Maintaining office supplies, equipment, and general office facilities.
- Prioritizing and responding to incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
- Assisting with event planning and coordination for client meetings, conferences, and company events.
- Ensuring confidentiality and handling sensitive information with discretion.
- Conducting research and compiling data as needed for projects and presentations.
- Tracking expenses, processing invoices, and maintaining financial records.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field preferred.
- 1-2 years of administrative experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional demeanor.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all work assignments.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and a proactive approach.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
