Financial Controller Position

We are seeking a seasoned Finance Leader to drive our financial strategy, accounting, and compliance. The successful candidate will lead accurate financial reporting, manage liquidity, and oversee audits and investor relations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Finance Planning: Align the business finance strategy with overall objectives, drive annual operating plans, and analyze business spends.
  • Financial Reporting & Compliance: Oversee timely preparation of financial statements, ensure statutory and regulatory compliances, and implement finance systems.
  • Liquidity Management: Monitor receivables, forecast working capital, and manage banking relationships.
  • Accounting & Audit Oversight: Oversee periodic closure of books, review accounts, and lead statutory and internal audits.
  • Investor Relations & Governance: Support investor updates and oversee secretarial functions.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a finance team, foster collaboration, and support professional growth.

Requirements:

  • Education: Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory.
  • Experience: 15–20 years with significant exposure to regulated sectors.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of finance, commercial, and regulatory aspects, with experience in managing large-scale financial operations and audits.
