Job Summary

A logistics coordinator is required to oversee the efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods in a warehouse.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Warehouse Operations: Ensure timely completion of warehouse activities and meet defined performance targets.
  • Order Fulfillment: Pull, fill, pack, and set up orders for delivery or pickup.
  • Inventory Management: Conduct regular audits of stock levels at warehouses to ensure high accuracy.
  • Reporting: Generate reports on a monthly, weekly, and daily basis.
  • Adherence to Guidelines: Ensure adherence to safety, health, and administrative guidelines and procedures.
  • Transportation Coordination: Coordinate with transporters/courier partners for dispatches and returns.
  • Documentation and Compliance: Generate E-way bills, Goods Receipts, and check vendor bills as per agreement.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with internal and external team members.

Required Skills:

  • Experience: 2-5 years in a similar role with e-commerce/fulfillment experience.
  • Knowledge of WMS/SAP: Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or similar Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) packages is an advantage.
  • Education and Software Proficiency: Graduate degree with proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Docs.
  • Communication and Time Management: Good communication and interpersonal skills, ability to perform tasks under pressure, and work efficiently.
