Job Overview

We are seeking a senior developer to lead and manage our PHP development team. As a PHP Team Lead, you will be responsible for driving performance through effective leadership and motivation.

  • Lead and motivate a team of developers to achieve performance targets.
  • Provide guidance, support, and coaching to team members to enhance their skills and productivity.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance and efficiency.
  • Monitor team progress, provide regular feedback, and conduct performance reviews.
  • Manage and resolve conflicts within the team to maintain a positive and collaborative environment.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of projects.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders, including customers, clients, and vendors.
  • Participate in the recruitment and training of new team members.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, and proven experience in leading and motivating a team.
