Job Role:

Backend AI Developer

We're seeking a skilled developer with a strong foundation in Python and hands-on experience in backend frameworks—Django REST Framework (preferred), along with FastAPI or Flask.

Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the architecture of our product and support its initial launch.
  • Build RAG systems from reading unstructured files to chunking, vectorizing, retrieving, and evaluating.
  • Develop AI agents using frameworks like Lang Chain, Lang Graph, Crew AI (preferred), or similar.
  • Work with Vector databases like Pinecone, Weaviate, or Chroma DB.
  • Experience working with LLMs like GPT-4, Claude, Llama, and Gemini.
  • Preprocess large datasets and use agile web development, version control systems, and coding copilots.

Requirements:

  • Must be proficient in Python and Django rest framework with at least 2 years of real-world experience.
  • Hands-on experience with building RAG systems.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a self-starter, entrepreneurial attitude.
  • Good English communication skills to work in an international environment.
