Java Technical Lead

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Java Technical Lead to join our team.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development and maintenance of our Java-based applications.

  • Participate in development activities, including coding, testing, and debugging.
  • Take responsibility for release management activities on a rotational basis.
  • Provide IT support on a rotation basis, resolving technical issues and improving system performance.
  • Interact with various stakeholders, including business analysts, project managers, quality assurance testers, and users.
  • Write clear and concise technical specifications.
  • Conduct unit testing on all produced or changed code to ensure its accuracy and reliability.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in leading software development projects.
  • Excellent knowledge of Java programming language and associated technologies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
