**Job Title:** Murex Implementation Lead

About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Murex implementation professional to lead our upgrade program from an offshore location.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project initiation, planning, scheduling, execution, and completion
  • Effective stakeholder communication, management, and relationship building with clients, team members, and end-user stakeholders
  • Risk identification, issue resolution, and critical path activity tracking
  • Status updates for all stakeholders
  • People management and resource allocation
  • Project status monitoring and governance setup
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • At least 15 years of experience in Murex implementations
  • 6+ years of experience in Murex project management and program management
  • A strong understanding of Murex architecture and ability to comprehend end-to-end processes
  • Subject matter expertise in at least one Murex module (MxML & Back Office Workflows, Datamart Reporting, or Front Office)
  • Excellent leadership and management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Preferred Skills

In addition to the requirements above, we also look for candidates with:

  • Offshore delivery management experience
  • Team management experience
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Experience handling at least one Murex upgrade project
  • Project management tool exposure (Jira, etc.) and scrum certification
