Job Title: Senior Software Engineer

With 5+ years of experience, we are seeking a talented Senior Software Engineer to lead our software development team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to design and implement cutting-edge software solutions.
  • Develop and manage scalable web architectures that meet the needs of our users.
  • Collaborate with global counterparts to plan and execute scrums, sprint planning, and retrospective sessions.
  • Design and implement continuous integration and deployment strategies to ensure seamless delivery of features and applications.
  • Build mobile-responsive applications that provide an exceptional user experience.
  • Solve complex problems using alternative approaches and in consultation with stakeholders.
  • Emphasize innovation and best practices as part of a collaborative team environment.

Required Qualifications:

  • Deep expertise in object-oriented development, including strong design pattern knowledge.
  • Excellent understanding of Ruby syntax and nuances.
  • Computer Science or relevant degree.
  • Proficiency in multiple front-end languages and libraries (e.g. HTML/CSS, JavaScript, XML, jQuery).
  • Experience with databases (e.g. PostgreSQL, MySQL, MSSQL, Oracle, MongoDB), web servers (e.g. Apache), and UI/UX design.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Precise attention to detail.
  • Strong judgment and commitment to ethics.
