About This Opportunity

Metaphorically speaking, we are looking for a master builder to lead our software development team. As a Technical Lead - Dot Net Developer, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and maintaining cutting-edge .NET applications.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Developing, testing, and maintaining end-to-end web applications that meet the needs of our clients.
  • Leveraging your expertise in NET technologies to deliver high-quality solutions that drive business success.
  • Working with a small team(s) of experienced developers to develop modern web applications with a focus on scalability, performance, and usability.
  • Taking ownership of assigned tasks, features, and any other development activities in the product lifecycle from early conception to post-deployment.
  • Employing best practices for code sharing and development to ensure common code base abstraction across all applications.

You Will Be Expected To:

  • Develop and maintain web-based applications using C#.NET, ASP.NET MVC, Web API, JavaScript, and jQuery.
  • Design and implement database schemas, stored procedures, and queries using MS SQL Server.
  • Ensure the performance, scalability, and security of the applications by optimizing code and implementing best practices.
  • Develop and consume RESTful APIs using Web API for seamless integration with external systems.
  • Utilize ADO.NET to interact with databases, manage data access, and handle data validations.
  • Conduct thorough testing of applications to identify and resolve any bugs or issues.
  • Collaborate with the QA team to ensure the quality and reliability of software releases.
  • Keep up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve development processes.
  • Troubleshoot and debug applications.

As A Leader You Will:

  • Provide guidance, mentorship, and leadership to the development team, ensuring alignment with project goals and adherence to best practices.
  • Oversee the performance and productivity of the development team, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment, and facilitating effective communication within the team.
  • Accountable for the timely delivery of high-quality software solutions, coordinating with cross-functional teams as necessary to meet project deadlines and objectives.

Estimated Salary: $150,000 - $200,000 per annum
