Job Title: Business Application Developer

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive the development of platform capabilities in real-time processing, analytics, and structured workflow.
  • Provide technology solutions to solve complex business problems and strengthen our position as digital leaders in financial services.
  • Interact with stakeholders in Operations in cross-functional teams to ensure delivery of the right solution.
  • Contribute to the development of skill-aligned chapter constructs working across the Digital Operations platform.
  • Provide technical expertise and recommendations for assessing new software projects and initiatives.
  • Participate in code reviews and test software as needed, contributing to application architecture and design.

Requirements:

  • Java software engineer with 8+ years of experience.
  • Strong skills in Core Java, Collections, and 8+ years of experience in Java 8 features.
  • Extensive experience in Spring Framework (Core / Boot / Integration).
  • Good knowledge of design patterns applicable to data streaming.
  • Desirable experience in Apache Flink/Apache Kafka and ELK stack.
  • Experience in Flowable or similar BPMN/CMMN tooling also desirable.
  • Knowledge of front-end technologies like Angular/JavaScript/React/Redux.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD tools, Git/GitHub/GitLab.
  • Familiarity with Docker/containerization technologies.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Azure.
  • Proven track record in an agile SDLC environment.
