We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to manage guest reservations, drive sales conversions in the hospitality industry, and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
Main Responsibilities
- Manage room reservations, group bookings, and event inquiries via phone, email, and online travel agencies (OTAs).
- Provide accurate information on availability, pricing, packages, and promotions.
- Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings by upselling and promoting hotel services.
- Coordinate with operations teams for guest requirements.
- Maintain updated records of reservations, guest preferences, and reports.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporates, travel agents, and repeat guests.
- Handle cancellations, modifications, and special requests efficiently.
- Monitor OTA bookings, guest reviews, and ensure timely responses.
