Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled UI developer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience with front-end development, be comfortable working across both engineering and business development teams, and create visually appealing and user-friendly applications.

The successful candidate will possess strong front-end development skills, a solid understanding of UI/UX principles, and the ability to translate business requirements into interactive digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement responsive web applications using ReactJS and jQuery.
  • Ensure a seamless user experience by following best practices in UX/UI design.
  • Optimize front-end performance to enhance application speed and responsiveness.
  • Work with engineering teams to integrate UI components with backend services.
  • Partner with business development teams to translate customer needs into design solutions.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and provide creative UI/UX input.
  • Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for new product features.
  • Conduct usability testing and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Maintain design consistency across all company products and platforms.
  • Write clean, reusable, and efficient code for UI components.
  • Maintain and update existing UI frameworks and libraries.
  • Troubleshoot and debug UI-related issues.
  • Keep up with emerging UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Advocate for modern UI frameworks and design approaches to improve the development process.
  • Continuously enhance skills and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in UI development.
  • Proficiency in ReactJS, jQuery, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
  • Experience with responsive design frameworks (Bootstrap, Tailwind CSS, etc.).
  • Knowledge of design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
  • Strong understanding of front-end performance optimization.
  • Experience working in Agile development environments using tools like Jira and Confluence.
  • Basic understanding of RESTful APIs and integrating UI with backend services.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with diverse teams.
  • Experience with UI testing frameworks (Jest, Cypress, etc.).
  • Familiarity with TypeScript and modern CSS frameworks.
  • Knowledge of accessibility best practices (WCAG, ARIA).
