Job Description
As a Technical Delivery Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end delivery of multiple projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and timelines. You will lead cross-functional teams, develop and manage detailed delivery plans, and ensure timely project completion with high quality. Your expertise in technical delivery, development methodologies, and team structures will enable you to make informed decisions and drive results.

Responsibilities
• Lead complex projects in an Agile environment, monitoring progress, addressing roadblocks, and ensuring timely project completion with high quality.
• Develop and manage detailed delivery plans, including milestones, dependencies, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate with engineering, product, design, and operations teams to ensure cohesive execution.
• Foster an environment of collaboration and accountability across teams.
• Possess a strong understanding of technical delivery, development methodologies, and team structures.
• Work closely with engineers to translate business needs into technical requirements.
• Proactively identify risks and challenges that may impact delivery timelines or outcomes.
• Communicate issues to senior leadership with actionable recommendations for resolution.
• Conduct post-delivery reviews to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement.
• Ensure timely updates of deployment schedules and communicate any changes to stakeholders.
• Maintain and regularly update release notes to provide accurate information about new features, enhancements, and fixes.

Requirements
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 5+ years of experience in project or delivery management, with at least 3+ years in technical roles.
• Proven experience delivering complex projects in an Agile environment.
• Strong understanding of software development principles and lifecycle.
• Experience working with AWS, Python, and mobile app development frameworks.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on collaboration and stakeholder management.
• Project Management Professional (PMP), ITIL, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications are highly desirable.
