We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our data initiatives with a strategic mindset and hands-on leadership.

The successful candidate will define delivery excellence, ensure governance, and mentor teams to build scalable, high-quality business intelligence and analytics solutions that drive the organization forward.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the complete lifecycle of business intelligence and analytics projects—from requirements gathering through development and deployment.
  • Ensure delivery is on time, within budget, and of the highest quality.
  • Act as the primary escalation point for project risks, challenges, and stakeholder concerns.
Project Quality & Governance
  • Define and implement best practices, standards, and quality frameworks across business intelligence and analytics initiatives.
  • Guarantee that all solutions are scalable, secure, governance-compliant, and aligned with organizational policies.
  • Drive continuous process improvement, governance maturity, and innovation in delivery methodologies.
Leadership & Mentoring
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire cross-functional teams including data engineers, business analysts, and project managers.
  • Provide technical guidance across business intelligence and analytics domains.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and delivery excellence.
Business & Stakeholder Management
  • Partner with business leaders to understand needs and translate them into actionable business intelligence and analytics solutions.
  • Drive stakeholder alignment and ensure projects deliver measurable business outcomes.
  • Present insights, project outcomes, and recommendations to senior leadership in a clear and business-oriented narrative.
Technology & Innovation
  • Guide the adoption of modern business intelligence platforms, cloud-based data warehousing solutions, and analytics models.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and analytics methodologies to enhance efficiency, scalability, and analytical capabilities.
Essential Skills
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Management, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 20+ years overall experience, with at least 15 years in leading business intelligence and analytics delivery.
  • Proven end-to-end delivery of large-scale business intelligence and analytics projects.
  • Deep understanding of project governance, quality frameworks, and compliance protocols.
  • Strong data modeling, ETL/ELT, business intelligence platforms, and familiarity with cloud ecosystems; fluency in analytics tools, modeling, and predictive analytics.
  • Expert in team leadership, mentoring, stakeholder management, and executive communication.
  • Proactive in adopting modern business intelligence, cloud data warehousing, and analytics technologies and cultivating self-service analytics across teams.
