Job Title: Product Development Manager

">Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Product Development Manager to lead the development of our products.

  • This includes determining possible product upgrades using web analytics, consumer responses, and other available data.
  • The ideal candidate will be able to prepare detailed product requirements documents (PRD) and design wireframes and prototypes using Figma or XD.
  • They will collaborate with engineers to ensure product functionality and walkthroughs of the required features or functionality.
  • Additionally, they will prepare reports/dashboards and give presentations on project updates.
  • Our ideal candidate will create and develop new product ideas based on current and projected marketing trends.
  • They will work alongside the Product Manager and stakeholders to help products achieve their visions.
  • One of their key responsibilities will be to analyze customer and user feedback to determine the next steps for a product.
  • They will also coordinate with business, marketing, operations, and sales team members to showcase new features, understand requirements, and deliver projects on time.
  • Lastly, they will test all products and features for quality assurance purposes and create user stories for requirements and define various logics related to features.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A Master's degree in Business Management, Computer Science, or a similar field is required.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role is preferred, particularly in the fintech industry.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential.
  • The ideal candidate should have knowledge of marketing research and data analysis.
  • Experience with project management tools like JIRA is preferred.
  • Superb time management and multitasking skills are necessary.
