Senior Frontend Engineer Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Frontend Engineer with expertise in modern web development technologies to join our team. As a key member of our frontend engineering team, you will be responsible for leading the design and development of complex, scalable frontend applications using React, Next.js, Angular, TypeScript, and Node.js.

This role requires strong technical leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and hands-on experience in mentoring junior engineers. You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders to understand UI/UX requirements, estimate story points, and identify implementation risks.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Technical Leadership & Delivery:
    • Lead design and development efforts on complex frontend projects, ensuring adherence to best practices and performance standards.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality user experiences.
  2. People & Team Management:
    • Directly manage a team of frontend engineers, providing guidance, support, and mentorship.
    • Develop and implement effective strategies for team growth, recruitment, and retention.

Requirements:
  1. 8+ years of frontend engineering experience with a focus on modern web stacks.
  2. Hands-on expertise in React, Next.js, Angular, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, Node.js, JavaScript (ES6+), Redux, TailwindCSS, Webpack, Vite, and component libraries such as Material-UI, Ant Design, or Chakra UI.
  3. Track record of delivering large-scale production applications.
  4. Experience in team leadership, mentoring, and cross-functional collaboration.
