Key Responsibilities:- Sales Support: Assist the sales team in achieving sales targets, client acquisition, and retention.
- Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain relationships with key clients to ensure satisfaction and smooth coordination.
- Sales Pipeline: Support the sales team by managing lead generation and ensuring a robust sales pipeline.
- Market Research: Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and identify potential opportunities for business growth.

- Sales Expertise: Knowledge of the MICE business and client acquisition strategies.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to address challenges and find effective solutions in sales processes.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM tools.
