Job Description

In this role as Customer Service Specialist, you will be responsible for reviewing and moderating our platform according to established policies, processes, and guidelines. Your attention to detail will ensure the accuracy of our content and the quality of our user experience.

You will work closely with our team to identify areas for improvement and develop innovative solutions to enhance our operations. This includes extracting high-quality content from websites, adapting to new situations, and making decisions based on your expertise and judgment.

This is a fast-paced environment where you will need to prioritize tasks efficiently and manage your time effectively. You should be comfortable working in a 24/7 setting and willing to adapt to changing circumstances.

Requirements
  • Graduate degree from any recognized institution
  • Freshers are welcome to apply
  • Excellent communication skills in English

About Salary

The estimated salary range for this position is between $40,000 - $60,000 per annum depending on qualifications and location. We offer a competitive compensation package that reflects our company's values and dedication to excellence.
