**Job Title:** Financial Transactions Specialist
**Job Description:
Our organization is seeking an experienced Financial Transactions Specialist to join our team. As a key member of the Finance and Accounting department, you will be responsible for ensuring the timely processing of financial transactions, including accounts payable and accounts receivable. Your expertise will play a crucial role in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our financial records.

In this dynamic role, you will work closely with various stakeholders to obtain approvals and authorizations for payments. Your attention to detail and analytical skills will be essential in investigating and resolving any discrepancies or queries that may arise during the transaction process. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to improve processes and implement changes to enhance efficiency and reduce manual work.

Your responsibilities will also include preparing weekly and processing multi-currency payments for various entities within EMEA. You will reconcile direct debit accounts when necessary, set up one-off payments with relevant banks, and release approved purchase orders to the business. Furthermore, you will take an active role in training and testing new systems, as well as participating in projects that directly impact Accounts Payable.

We are looking for a self-motivated individual with strong communication skills and the ability to effectively communicate with different levels of the business. Your experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX/D365 and Shared Service Centres would be beneficial, but not required. **Required Skills and Qualifications:**
- Strong understanding of financial controls and systems
- Experience with MS Word and Excel, including pivot tables, vlookups, and simple formulas
- Account reconciliation experience
- Self-motivated and flexible
- Good communication skills and ability to communicate effectively with different levels of the business
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong command of spoken and written English
- Team player
- Strong attention to detail
