Supply Chain Quality Assurance Specialist

The position of Supply Chain Quality Assurance Specialist involves ensuring the successful implementation and maintenance of quality compliance across our supplier base. The specialist will work closely with a cross-functional team to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions that meet our quality standards.

  • Compile regional quality KPIs and create periodic reports to track performance.
  • Ensure plant employees meet quality food safety compliance agenda, including taking corrective actions and undergoing continuous improvement activities.
  • Support the implementation of quality and food safety systems to ensure compliance with policies and HACCP standards.
  • Evaluate quality status through regular gap assessments and work with suppliers on development plans to ensure Mondelz Quality standards are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities:

Quality Management: Ensure the implementation and maintenance of quality compliance across the supply chain.

Collaboration: Work closely with a cross-functional team to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions that meet our quality standards.

Reporting: Compile regional quality KPIs and create periodic reports to track performance.

Continuous Improvement: Ensure plant employees meet quality food safety compliance agenda, including taking corrective actions and undergoing continuous improvement activities.

System Implementation: Support the implementation of quality and food safety systems to ensure compliance with policies and HACCP standards.

Supplier Engagement: Evaluate quality status through regular gap assessments and work with suppliers on development plans to ensure Mondelz Quality standards are consistently met.

Requirements:
  • A degree in Dairy Technology, Dairy Chemistry, Food Technology, Food Chemistry/Microbiology or related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in Quality Assurance with across the value chain, encompassing R&D, Procurement, Manufacturing, CS&L and business processes.
  • Strong knowledge of quality and food safety management systems and standards.
  • Audit and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to negotiate and influence others.
