Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager Lead to join our team at COWRKS. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing projects across the region from initiation to handover.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct due diligence on site selection and lease review to provide inputs for clear scope definition.
2. Oversee program management of projects, ensuring timely deliverables and quality execution.
3. Collaborate with stakeholders to drive project progress and ensure cash flow is maintained periodically.
4. Ensure projects are executed within budget, to top quality, and in time.
5. Implement effective change management during project execution.
6. Facilitate successful project handovers to the Operations team.
7. Provide back-end procurement support and identify local vendor pools for retrofit projects.
8. Maintain and publish reports as required.
9. Manage invoicing and follow-ups with finance on payment releases.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you should have:

1. Proven experience handling projects independently.
2. Strong technical skills in MEP coordination and execution.
3. Prior experience in Interior fit-out/coworking industry preferred.
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills to manage multiple stakeholders.
5. Proficiency in Excel and MS Office applications.
6. Awareness of local statutory and compliance needs for commercial works.
7. Hands-on knowledge of BOQ development and quantity estimation.
8. Working experience with AutoCAD and MS Suites.
9. Ability to travel and adapt to new situations.

Preferred Qualifications:

- 10 years+ of experience in construction management, electrical engineering, or civil engineering.
