Job Overview

Job Description:

   We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Training Content Developer to support operations trainings at our organization.

  •    Develop imaginative and creative learning content for curriculum/initiatives that impact strategic capabilities within the organization.

   The ideal candidate will have a strong background in instructional design, graphic design, branding, and visual communication.

   They will be responsible for creating engaging and interactive learning materials that increase knowledge retention and recall.

   This role requires strong project management skills, excellent communication and presentation skills, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams.

   Must-haves include hands-on experience with various content development tools, end-to-end management of Learning Management Systems (LMS), and 4+ years of experience as a Training Content Developer or related position.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  •    Hands-on experience on various content development tools such as Articulate Storyline 360, Canva, Vyond.
  •    End-to-end management of Learning Management systems (LMS).
  •    4+ years' experience as an Training content developer, or any related position, such as instructional designer, Learning Experience Design, Multimedia training solutions.
  •    Primary knowledge of using AI tools to create content will be an added advantage.
