**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Quality Operations Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing day-to-day activities related to market complaints, data collection, and reporting of key performance indicators (KPIs).

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Process market complaints in accordance with relevant standard operating procedures (SOPs), business matrices, and service level agreement (SLA) timelines.
  • Assist in collecting and reporting KPIs to measure the effectiveness of our quality operations.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives in the assigned area of work to enhance quality and productivity.
  • Manage ad-hoc projects as assigned to ensure timely completion and delivery of results.
  • Proactively report deviations through timely escalations to maintain high-quality standards.
  • Implement continuous process improvement projects to enhance quality and productivity.
  • Maintain updated records for service dashboards, order management frameworks, and time sheets to ensure accurate tracking and analysis.
  • Complete training on relevant procedures before undertaking any Good eXchange Practices (GxP) activities.
  • Report deliverable status regularly and continuously enhance process knowledge to improve overall performance.

**Essential Requirements:**

  • Thorough understanding of quality management systems and their application in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.
  • Ability to review market complaint investigation reports and provide meaningful insights.
  • Basic understanding of product manufacturing, pharmaceutical products, and lifecycle events.
  • Familiarity with TrackWise and its application in quality operations.
  • Understanding of performance KPIs and their role in measuring quality and productivity.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel to analyze and present data effectively.
  • Awareness of GxP guidelines and regulations to ensure compliance.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; knowledge of other languages is an added advantage.

**Desirable Requirements:**

  • Graduate or Postgraduate degree in Pharmacy from an accredited institution.
