Technical Program Manager & Sr Power Platform Developer

Mission Overview:

Our organization requires a highly skilled Technical Program Manager to oversee the development and implementation of Power Platform solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Microsoft Power Platform - Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.

Job Description

The Technical Program Manager will be responsible for leading the architecture and design of Power Platform solutions, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI. They will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, define solution architecture, and create technical specifications.

The Technical Program Manager will also conduct architectural reviews, code reviews, and performance evaluations to ensure quality and reliability of Power Platform solutions.

Additionally, they will collaborate with the development team to provide technical leadership, conduct design and code reviews, and stay updated with the latest trends and developments in Power Platform technologies.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Extensive development experience in Microsoft Power Platform - Power Apps (Canvas & Model Driven Apps) and Power Automate.
  • Experience working with Dataverse tables, security roles, and groups.
  • Good knowledge about the Power Platform environment and solutions (including solution deployment & CI-CD).
  • Experience in PCF (Power Apps Component Framework) and other reusable components.
  • Hands-on experience in TypeScript and React JS.
  • Good experience in SharePoint Online (M365).
  • Hands-on experience in SharePoint out-of-the-box features, SharePoint Framework (SPFx), and PnP webparts.
  • Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices.
