Regional Ocean

Beeontrade is seeking a transformative leader to build and scale our Ocean & Air product vertical in the region.

This is not a maintenance role — it's a build-and-scale mandate, where you'll shape procurement strategy, pricing, carrier partnerships, and commercial operations from the ground up.

You will take full ownership of one of the largest and most critical P&Ls in the company. This is a unique opportunity to drive growth, develop talent, and lead high-performing teams.

The right candidate will have a strong background in ocean freight, with experience in managing large teams, negotiating contracts, and developing strategic relationships with carriers.

• 15+ years of prior Ocean Freight experience at a top freight forwarder or carrier;
• Strategic vision and ground floor execution;
• Bias to Action, Process, Structure and Data;
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills;
