Job Opportunity: Power Systems Engineer
We are seeking a skilled power systems engineer with expertise in electrical models and EMT/RMS system simulations, electrical compliance product design, and power plant controls.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and operate generation plants or consumption plants under normal and abnormal conditions.
- Develop supporting equipment such as BESS, STATCOM, synchronous condensers, and harmonic filters.
- Ensure grid codes and requirements for power plants are met.
- Implement power system design and operation processes.
- Expertise in renewable energy technologies.
- Ability to design electrical models, benchmark, and verify them using international or local guidelines in EMT and RMS software.
- Certification according to international or local standards or test bench verification/validation.
- Controller development skills using tools like Matlab Simulink, including source code generation and version control.
- Problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and attention to detail.
