Debt Funding Expert

The role of a Debt Funding Expert involves driving the process of raising debt capital from banks, NBFCs, and financial institutions.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive debt fundraising by securing funding from banks, NBFCs, and financial institutions.
  • Build and maintain relationships with lenders, rating agencies, and investors to secure funding.
  • Structure debt transactions, negotiate loan terms, and ensure optimal funding costs.
  • Maintain adherence to RBI/NBFC regulations and compliance with lending frameworks.
  • Develop funding strategies to optimize capital structure and liquidity management.
  • Assess funding risks and mitigate exposure through collaboration with other teams.

What We Are Looking For

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in raising debt funds from banks, NBFCs, and financial institutions.
  • A strong network with lenders, including banks, NBFCs, DFIs, and structured finance players.
  • Prior experience in NBFCs or Small Finance Banks is a must.
  • Expertise in structured finance, term loans, working capital loans, and credit lines.
  • Solid understanding of RBI/NBFC regulations, due diligence, and loan documentation.
  • Strong negotiation, financial modeling, and stakeholder management skills.
