ServiceNow AI Agent Engineer

About the Role:

This is a cutting-edge opportunity to leverage AI technology and drive innovation in healthcare payer clients. As a ServiceNow AI Agent Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, configuring, and deploying intelligent ServiceNow Agents that enhance automation, service delivery, and analytics capabilities.

The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in the ServiceNow platform, AI Agent Studio, and integration of AI/ML models with enterprise workflows. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Configure and customize ServiceNow AI Agents using AI Agent Studio (no-code/low-code environment).
  2. Develop workflows, subflows, and process automation within ITSM, CSM, HRSD, and SecOps modules.
  3. Integrate ServiceNow AI Agents with external systems using Integration Hub, APIs, and Workflow Data Fabric.
  4. Enable AI Agents to call external tools and interact with LLMs, databases, or third-party AI models.
  5. Write and optimize JavaScript and ServiceNow scripts to extend AI Agent functionality.
  6. Leverage RaptorDB Pro for high-performance data processing.
  7. Utilize AI Control Tower and AI Agent Orchestrator for multi-agent coordination, guardrails, and governance.
  8. Monitor performance using ServiceNow analytics and ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory policies.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Expert-level knowledge of the ServiceNow platform, including AI Agent Studio, ITSM, CSM, HRSD, and SecOps modules.
  • Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, including model integration and workflow automation.
  • Proficient in JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting languages.
  • Experience with RaptorDB Pro and AI Control Tower/AI Agent Orchestrator.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Strong communication and project management skills.
