Data Scientist Role:

  • Our team is looking for a Data Scientist to design and develop new features and enhancements for our core platforms and services.

As a Data Scientist, you will contribute to the modernization and refactoring of existing systems and code bases. You will also propose, experiment with, and implement GenAI-based innovations, tools, or workflows to solve business problems and create new value.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Drive technical improvements, suggest and lead platform upgrades, and champion engineering best practices.
  2. Investigate, debug, and resolve production issues, to deliver robust solutions that improve performance and maintainability.
  3. Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to deliver impactful end-to-end solutions.
  4. Help maintain the reliability, scalability, and security of our systems as we evolve our platform.

Requirements:

  • Strong hands-on experience with Python and its standard libraries.
  • Web Framework experience using FastAPI/Flask.
  • Proficiency in implementing message queues and task distribution.
  • Containerizing applications, managing services, webscraping tools and techniques, browser automation frameworks, SQL and ORM-based data access, NoSQL data using PyMongo, Redis, Linux/Unix command-line operations and scripting, Git version control and team collaboration, multithreading and asynchronous programming in Python, integrating third-party APIs, including authentication, data handling, and rate limiting.
