Job Description:
We're seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to join our team as an Executive Assistant. In this role, you'll be responsible for managing the executive's calendar, scheduling meetings, and maintaining a detailed schedule of all office events. You'll also coordinate travel arrangements, including domestic and international trips, and ensure seamless communication with the travel team.
You'll work closely with the Chief of Staff to guarantee the efficient operation of the GDH office. This will involve tracking expenses, managing approvals, and preparing regular reports as required. Additionally, you'll assist in organizing corporate events, arrange logistics, and ensure timely completion of tasks.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To excel in this role, you'll need advanced Microsoft Office skills, with the ability to quickly adapt to firm-specific software. Your exceptional interpersonal skills will enable you to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders. A proactive approach and ability to multitask are essential for success in this position.
