Visteon Corporation is seeking a highly skilled Technical Program Coordinator to join our team in Supplier Quality Assurance. As a key member of our global team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality standards in electronic manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Track and follow up on Supplier PPAPs for global programs
  • Periodical PPAP follow up with suppliers via email and scheduling meetings in TEAMS
  • Coordinate with internal cross-functional teams for PPAP submission queries and clarifications
  • Review and respond to internal and global cross-functional team queries
  • Risk Assessment classification of Level A, B, and C parts and obtain approval from Category SQ Leads
  • Adhere to the Visteon Escalation process
  • Ensure completeness of information in the updated BOM from program buyers prior to uploading in PPAP Tracking System (PTS)
  • Upload the latest BOM from program buyers in PTS and track PPAP status
  • Risk assessment form uploading in Enterproj
  • Assign APQP to Category SQ for Level A parts
  • Update the latest program status in weekly program review meetings
  • Coordinate with VISPSW for ensuring latest PPAP status in PTS
  • Perform Program Risk Matrix for programs based on program buyer request

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (ECE, EEE, Mechanical)
  • 6-8 years of experience in supply quality, preferably in the automotive sector
  • Understanding of electronic manufacturing and components is an advantage
  • Analytical, numerically astute with strong problem-solving abilities
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Experience in dealing with global customers and suppliers
  • Able to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and achieve set targets
  • Fluent in English language
  • Good communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office
