Expert Dairy Operations Professional

We are establishing a state-of-the-art dairy processing center and seeking an experienced Dairy Operations Specialist to lead the establishment, commissioning, and smooth operation of our plant.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic guidance in setting up the new dairy processing center – from design to commissioning.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for milk procurement, chilling, pasteurization, homogenization, packaging, and quality assurance.
- Oversee equipment selection, installation, and process optimization in coordination with technical teams and vendors.
- Set up supply chain and distribution processes for efficient milk and dairy product delivery.
- Train and mentor staff on best practices in dairy plant operations.
- Provide expertise in enterprise resource planning (ERP) integration for procurement, processing, sales, and finance modules.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and dashboards to monitor plant efficiency, yield, and quality.
- Advise management on new product development and diversification opportunities.
- Act as a bridge between management, technical consultants, vendors, and regulatory authorities.
Qualifications & Experience:
- 10+ years of experience in dairy processing, operations, or plant management.
- Proven track record of establishing or managing dairy processing plants (medium to large scale).
- Strong knowledge of milk procurement systems, processing technologies, quality control, and dairy product lines.
