Role Overview

This is a full-time on-site position for a Talent Manager at Hopcharge in Gurugram. As a key member of the team, the Talent Manager will be responsible for overseeing recruitment, talent acquisition, employee development, and retention strategies to support the company's growth and mission.

Requirements

Preferred Qualifications

A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is highly desirable. Previous experience in the energy, sustainability, or mobility industry is also a plus.

Estimated Salary Range

Rupees 8,00,000 - 12,00,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
