Job Title: Lead Software Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Full Stack Developer to join our team at Wisecor Services Pvt Ltd.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions, working effectively in a fast-paced environment, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes.

About the Role:

  • Gather and refine specifications and requirements based on technical needs to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Design, develop, and deploy robust, scalable, and efficient software applications using best practices and industry standards.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business requirements and create effective solutions that meet their needs.
  • Maintain and improve existing software systems, ensuring they remain up-to-date, secure, and performant.
  • Stay current with emerging technologies and trends, applying them to enhance our software development capabilities.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with team members, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to help them grow professionally.
  • Troubleshoot complex issues, debug code, and implement bug fixes to ensure smooth application performance.

Requirements:

  • Must-Haves:
    • Proven work experience in Open source technologies.
    • Experience as full stack developer in multiple projects and technologies.
    • Working knowledge of Git.
    • Strong knowledge in scripting (Node JS, Angular).
    • Top-notch programming skills and in-depth knowledge of software design patterns and best practices.
    • Aggressive problem diagnosis and creative problem solving skills.
    • Working knowledge of the general web and mobile landscape, architectures, trends, and emerging technologies.
    • Solid understanding of the full mobile development life cycle.
    • Solid understanding of how web/mobile applications work including security, Authorization/Authentication with OAuth2.
    • BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject.
    • Excellent communication skills in English (both written and spoken forms).
  • Nice-To-Haves:
    • Experience with Nestjs framework.
    • Experience with Nodejs stream handling.
    • Experience with Email Marketing platforms.
    • Experience designing systems using AWS or Google Cloud.
    • Experience in big data, Spark/Hadoop.
    • Experience using Loopback framework and Node JS development.
    • Experience in frontend technologies as Angular/React/Vue and RXJS.

Salary: The estimated salary for this role is $90,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience.
